Service Description

The Pranayama & Yoga Nidra class is a calm and restorative practice that combines conscious breathing with guided yogic sleep. The session begins with Pranayama, simple breathing techniques that help regulate the nervous system, improve breath awareness, and bring clarity and calm to the mind. The second part of the class is Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation practice often described as “yogic sleep.” While lying comfortably, you are guided through a structured meditation that allows the body to release tension and the mind to enter a deeply restful state. Together, these practices help reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and support better rest and recovery. This class requires no previous yoga experience and involves very little physical movement, making it accessible to everyone. It offers a quiet space to pause, reset, and reconnect with the breath. This is an invitation to step away from constant activity and return to stillness, awareness, and deep restoration. Sometimes the most powerful practice is not doing more, but allowing the body and mind to truly rest.

Bookings are personal to you, so classes cannot be transferred to another person, and packages may not be shared. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you’re welcome to do so up to 12 hours before the class. Cancellations made after this time, or missed classes, will unfortunately be charged.
