Hatha & Meditation is a practice that invites you to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate deeper awareness in both body and mind. This class focuses on steady, mindful movement, allowing time to enter and explore each posture with attention and care. Rather than flowing quickly from pose to pose, we remain in the postures long enough to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop a clearer understanding of alignment and breath. Breath plays a central role in guiding movement and stabilising the mind. Simple breathing techniques help deepen concentration and create a sense of internal balance. The practice concludes with guided meditation or quiet sitting. This moment of stillness helps integrate the physical practice, calm the mind, and create space for reflection and inner clarity. Hatha & Meditation is suitable for all levels, including beginners and practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice. This class is ideal for anyone seeking a more grounded and introspective practice, where the goal is not intensity, but awareness.



Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy We kindly ask you to please note that all class and package purchases are non-refundable. Bookings are personal to you, so classes cannot be transferred to another person, and packages may not be shared. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you’re welcome to do so up to 12 hours before the class. Cancellations made after this time, or missed classes, will unfortunately be charged.
